This form is for GrayDarth, the motion art project by Pierre. It helps me understand which worlds, characters, screens and kinds of work you want to see next.
What you share
Your email, the English language of this form, the answers you select or write, and whether you choose the newsletter. Your optional budget or purchase preferences are opinions, not purchase commitments. You can skip every preference question.
What happens after you submit
A confirmation email verifies that the address belongs to you. Your choices are only saved as confirmed preferences after you use that link. The confirmation page gives access to the free wallpaper through its existing Gumroad checkout, where you enter 0 to get it free. A newsletter subscription is not required.
Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. Confirmed survey answers are retained in the separate response store for 12 months after your latest answer. The confirmation service deletes its encrypted pending email after confirmation. A notification with your email and confirmed answers is sent to Pierre's private inbox so he can review your ideas. A separate encrypted email copy is held only while sending that notification, for up to 7 days, and deleted when the email service accepts it.
If you choose the newsletter, your contact and preferences are also kept in Brevo. That copy is not automatically deleted after 12 months. Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails, and a minimal suppression record may remain to respect that choice. You can request deletion by contacting Pierre.
The newsletter is optional
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Choosing it lets GrayDarth use your confirmed preferences to send more relevant artwork news, previews and occasional offers through Brevo. Submitting without it does not subscribe you or reactivate an unsubscribed contact. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
How the information is used
Vercel serves the branded web address and securely forwards form requests to the same Cloudflare confirmation and response service. Cloudflare hosts the page and survey database. Brevo sends the confirmation email and Pierre's response notification and, if you choose the newsletter, holds the confirmed contact preferences used by GrayDarth. Without newsletter consent, your answers are stored in the survey database and sent to Pierre for review, without adding you to the marketing contact list. The separate 12-month survey deletion does not automatically remove copies in Pierre's inbox. You can request their deletion too.
The page keeps your unfinished answers in memory while it is open. It does not save your email in browser storage. Basic referral tags help distinguish the source of a response. You can leave out identifying information from free-text answers.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion of your answers, and withdraw newsletter consent. Contact Pierre at contact@graydarth.com. If you already receive GrayDarth emails, you can also reply or use their unsubscribe link.
